4. CHAT WITH YOUR VENDOR!
The website enables you to chat with your vendor, however, the chat function cannot be used a social media intermediary. The chat is solely for the purpose of inquiry about the product and nothing else. The Vendor cannot be forced to enter into a transaction with you out of the purview and working of the website.
In case of any infringement by a user, the Website, reserves the right to terminate your agreement or disallow you from using the website in case of breach of the aforesaid condition.
5. MAKE SUCCESSFUL PAYMENTS
The Website ensures the safety of your payment by way of selected/ preferred payment method after you have placed the Order. If any discrepancy is faced by You while making the payment, please ensure that you write to our grievance officer (as mentioned below) immediately alongwith proof in form of screenshots.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The website does not welcome any violation of Intellectual Property of any person/ organization. You are hereby cautioned to not to infringe anyone’s Intellectual Property while using the website.
The website reserves right to initiate necessary legal proceedings against you if the pictures/ videos of the product displayed on the website are misused in any manner whatsoever.
7. DON’T WORRY, YOUR DATA IS SAFE.

8. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
Products are developed and manufactured by Vendors, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of Products. We are not liable to you in anyway in relation to the quality of the product. The liability is fully on the Vendor.
You will receive a picture from your Vendor in once your package is dispatched for shipping and handed over the delivery executive. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the package You receive is same as the package shown in the picture.
However, the website shall only be responsible for refunding the money paid by you in case of return of the product.
We do not warrant the media sent to you in the chat with your vendor.
9. RESOLVE YOUR DISPUTES WITH US
The parties resolve that in case of any conflict arising out of this Contract, or in relation thereto, the parties shall attempt to resolve the same by way of mediation in the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. However, if the mediation fails, the conflict shall be referred to Arbitration wherein the disputes shall be adjudicated by a Sole Arbitrator in consonance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Parties agree that in case of conflict arising out of this Contract or in relation thereto, the same shall be governed by the Laws in India and the courts at Delhi alone shall have jurisdiction to try and entertain and adjudicate the disputes.
